Very nice man... The possibilities are becoming endless... I can't wait to see the goodies once you get it and have it up and running... What kind of damage did you take on the wallet? Did the Buggy pay for it in full?

I'm in the shop most evenings from 5-8pm or so.. and all day every Sat/Sun.

My HT1250 is rated to pierce and machine cut 5/8" plate. It'll start an edge cut on 1" plate. Most of the stuff I'll cut will be 3/16" and 1/4" with some 3/8" for a few brackets. Deflection should be about 3-4 degrees or so.. I'll just have to play with it and get it dialed in.

Remember.. I'm a dummy with this stuff. Never used one before so I've probably got an expensive learning curve ahead.

Cost me $6400 shipped...

Hey eddie, this reminds me. Are you pretty decent on that Mill? I have some 6061 x3/4" that I will need cut in a month or so. Think you could do it? Just a few holes bored, some countersink work, and a bolt pattern?

I haven't really messed with it a lot.. use it more for a 2hp drill press than anything else.

If you want to bring the stuff up and play with it, you're welcome. I've got a few end mill bits and a couple roughing bits.

CNC Steak Cutter.. you put a sharp knife in the holder, program the machine and toss your steak on the grill slats. It will cook your steak, flip it over and then cut it into juicy bite sized pieces!!
