Here we go Brandon,
Lets break this down into individual components to figure out why we get a vibration when starting from a complete stop up until about 7mph give or take a few.
Whats been modified? 2 inch hockey pucks on the springs. What was changed that DIDNT affect the vibe? I have completely different tires now, still a vibe. You lowered your transfer case, still a vibe.
So......why ONLY at such low speeds? and why wasnt it there when the Jeep was stock? Do you have a 4.0 or a 2.5? Does it maybe have something to do with the momentum and what the axle wants to do from a standstill?
Does yours ALWAYS do it? or just most of the time? I can say that mine probably does it 75% of the time, I havent been able to really nail down when it happens and when it doesnt.
Im just brainstorming, feel free to add in your thoughts....

2 things.. Have you had it aligned?

The other is when you lift it at any size you need to get a new track bar other wise your axle is not in align with the TCase so you will recieve a vibe depending on lift size.. Best bet is to buy an ajustable track bar so incase you go bigger you can still use it... Or just deal with it

Aligned? Yes, right after the lift.

Adjustable track bar. Hmmmmmmmm, I see what you mean. Thanx.

I get the vibe 100% of the time.

Yes, I've had numerous alignments after the lift. I usually get it aligned after every trail run.

I think I'm going to take the TCL off this weekend and see what that does, maybe I can get the transmission mount to seat better or something, cause that is where it feels liek the vibe is coming from for me.

I've doubted it was a TRUE driveline (u-joints and driveshaft anyway) vibration from the very beginning.

As for the trackbar--before I did the lift--EVERYONE I talked to said 3 inches or more, the track bar could be a problem, and would need to be adjustable. 2 inch pucks wouldn't matter.
