Long story short, I must have got a little impatient with some air tools and threw a lug nut back on a post, and stripped the crap out of the outer 30-40% of the threads. So.......ummmm, how does one fix this? I guess I should be ok riding around with only 4 nuts holding me together on the right rear wheel, but I shouldnt do this for long Im sure.
Lesson learned, finger start them, THEN shoot 'em on with tools.

If you are talking about the stud its real easy. You can get them at an auto parts store. They are just pressed in. You have to bang out the old ones and pull the new ones in. I use a deep well 1/2" drive socket and some washers to pull it in with a lug nut.

That worked on my Chevy. I'm assuming the Jeep is the same.

might be able to re-tap it. I have one if you need to borrow it. I would just replace it though.

SWEEEEEEEEEEEEET. Good to know, I'll just replace it. It's TORN the F up, so rethreading aint an option. Thanx for the offer though.
